TRAINING TIPS

• Music player — open it to play tracks from your computer.
• Voice controls — during training, with the music player open, say “play”, “pause”, “next”, or “previous”.
• Gesture controls — only in the pause menu (Esc): swipe left = next track, swipe right = previous.
• Save session — export punches, ROM, and volume to a dated .txt file for your own records or clinical reference.

Session files include day, month, year, punch counts by type, XP, and range-of-motion score. They stay on your device unless you share them.
